Cayman Ferries Ltd Terms & Conditions January 2021

Buying tickets. Authorized sources to purchase tickets include: Cayman Ferries App for iOS or Android phones. Cayman Ferries Ltd is not responsible for tickets obtained from unauthorized sources, which may not be valid. 

Ticket expiration. Tickets, purchased through the app with an account (not as a guest), are valid for one year from the purchase date. Changes to the ticket's date and travel time can be made via the Cayman Ferries app until the scheduled departure time.

Ticket validity. All tickets are valid for any available scheduled trip. Once activated, the ticket is usable for that trip only. Multi Day passes are valid for specified number of days from the first date of activation.

Ticket activation. Tickets purchased through Cayman Ferries App can only be redeemed with Cayman Ferries and are none transferable or refundable. Before you board, ticket requires activation. When boarding, show the crew your smartphone with your ticket displayed, ready to be scanned. Cayman Ferries Ltd reserves the right to cancel tickets that have not been validated at time of boarding but used for travel.

Ticket sales and refunds. All sales are final, none exchangable, none resalable. Tickets are valid for one year after purchase. Tickets booked for specific departure time are valid for that specific journey. Passengers who purchase tickets and reserve a trip and fail to complete the journey are not eligible for refunds. Reserved tickets can be changed with no penalty if changes are made 24hrs before departure date. Departure time changes are available with in the same date of the reserved ticket, subject to availability. Refunds will be given for trips cancelled by Cayman Ferries Ltd if a rescheduled trip is not available or not suitable.
